I joined recently and they had a promotion, 7 months cost me $288. Regular price probably isn't that much more.
The gyms are much better equipped than condo gyms but not as lavish as the big gyms but as far as free weights go they're just as well equipped as two other gyms I've seen - Fitness First in Fusionopolis and True Fitness at Vivo. They don't have a whole lot of extra BS you don't need like free towels, drinks, saunas or annoying 'trainers' aka sales people. People are laid back and just want to work out.
