Rhinoplasty in CHINA

Post by rhinose » Mon, 14 Mar 2011 4:33 pm

Really hope some contribution to this thread.

Thailand, Korea and Taiwan has alot of attention.

I am a fan of those really sharp and high noses.

Pretty much like some PRC women you see.

The b4-after photos look really good.

Hey,

I am considering him actually.. u?

do you know anything about him?

Please share.

Im trying to gather more information.

I am looking for a Eurasian and drastic look.

The photos of the tip is really nice.

Maybe the CHINA taste is what I am seeking.

I have seen quite a few CHINA people from the North side with nice sharp and projected noses.

I have seen on one of his subjects that he used '8mm' to increase a low bridge.

wow can you really use 8mm?

I tot there is a limit on how much you can stretch the skin.

I usually hear as much as 3-4mm

but 8mM!

I cant find the link now tho arghh

I am interested in the straightening of the upper lip that he has done for the two patients above.

I dont see any Taiwan or korean surgeons talking much about this procedure .

I am considering, waiting for his reply.

May i know how u found him?

I found this after seeing the site u posted.
http://www.doctorhe.com/html/eng.htm

He has been studying under Dr Jung for quite some time as stated on his site.

hey do you mean

premaxillary augmentation

Image
A, Preoperative frontal view; B, preoperative lateral view; C, postoperative (84-month follow-up) frontal view; D, postoperative lateral view; E, frontal schematic of the premaxillary GORE-TEX (W. L. Gore & Associates Inc, Flagstaff, Arizona) implant. Improvement of the nasal tip projection and support was combined with a Medpore (Porex Surgical, Newnan, Georgia) columellar strut based on a 4-mm-thick GORE-TEX footing

'Premaxillary implants help bring out the entire base of the nose. They bring projection to the entire nasal base, most prominently the anterior nasal spine area. By using an implant across this area, the nasolabial angle is opened up by being brought forward. This can also give the illusion of increased nasal tip projection as well.'

i am reading about this now.

Very new to me..

Anyone with more info pls share!

I just asked him about a revision. He said, depending on my ethnicity and difficulty he charges 30000-40000RMB for revisions.

Come on seriously, you guys really think the nose looks good? I think his before looks much better , the after nose looks a bit like pinocchio, which is rather fake and awful on Asian faces.

hey actually its not only this example but other noses on his website that I like.

I just picked this as it was very obvious the changes and personally I like drastic change like this than subtle 'natural' changes.

I guess taste is subjective.

Anyhow I personally prefer the Pinocchio nose haha.

Anyway lets just stick to the main objective of this thread, that is to contribute and share information about china rhinoplasty.

Not to mention, surgeons who can give you subtle, practically non existent changes are a DIME IN A DOZEN. The real talent is in surgeons who can give you a perfect nose without any side effects. Turning a disastrous nose into a gorgeous perfect one is much harder than turning a disastrous nose into a slightly less bad one.

absolutely, i already got a rhino but the doc was too conservative so i want a revision. I had a really bad nose before, and now my nose is just a less bad version of its original itself...okay...I paid a lot of money and I wanted a big change but I guess most docs nowadays are too conservative and want to give a natural with flaws type nose.

I'm thinking about going to Dr. Kim from BK or this dr being discussed here. What about you? When do you want to go get your nose done? I want to go ASAP as soon as I have the moeny for it.

more info on premaxillia augmentation

notice the area below the nose from the side profile is projected.

It also alters the angle between upper lip and base of the nose.

http://translate.google.com/translate?h ... -2030.html

seems like not many Drs do this as it requires another skill.

You are right, not many surgeons can do this, that is why many people who did rhinoplasty did not correct this feature so they still end up with a slight protruding mouth which is such a give-away sign that they did rhino.

hey terrie,

the part where u said if the upper lip is not straight and is curved is a give way to Rhinoplsty.

How did u arrive to that conclusion
