Have some confusion question...
If due to pregnant can't get renew permit.
What kind of letter need to request with employer to certify this?

Are you saying your employer found out you were pregnant and will not renew your permit or are you say your were rejected by MOM when your employer tried to renew your permit.

Are your on an Employment Pass or a Work Permit?

Because my friend work in this company almost 10years..
if due to this seem like unfair for her...

If she is on a work permit and get pregnant, she's up the creek without a paddle. Part of the requirements of being on a work permit is she is not allowed to get pregnant. Sorry. She's out of luck.
