Maybe tell them it is a $10 BKK copy lah?
I love the heading of this thread One thing I love with the UK, is that business is just as good for rolex copies, as anywhere else, though when I got caught at customs with 30 copies, he said, what are all those watches, I said copies, I collect them, he let me through and reminded me, to ensure I don't have swaps.. 2 of each kind otherwise he would confiscate them, I said I know that, that's why i only have one of each. haha!JR8 wrote:[Genuine lol]ksl wrote:My bracelet is also gun metal, but yeah imagine going to Malaysia with a copy rolex, and having your wrist hacked off for the watch, better not having any watch me thinks.JR8 wrote:Difficult on a metal bracelet.

Blimey that's pretty optimistic of you there mate!
My one is unusually understated for the brand, and I very much doubt it would be recognised by a casual pass-by. Still that said, when ever I go on holiday I wear my beaten up indestructible Casio SCUBA watch (which I got free with a dive mag subscription)
OIC, yes I take your point, interesting. Funnily enough the word mine sounds a little archaic to my ear, but I'm not altogether sure why. Also I also just bought one for my missus ('her one' ) which is very classic and recognisable, so in my mind I was probably subconsciously thinking 'my one compared to say her one' as I was typing my OP.Wind In My Hair wrote:In Singlish we say "my one" instead of "mine".
