I'm in Singapore for a few months, have some spare time, and would like to "bulk up" a little.
I'm a pretty fit guy, so I'm not looking for weight loss - I'm hoping to put some muscle on.
What I'd like to find is a "real" personal trainer. Not the soft, hey lets do some jumping jacks type - but a real one who will push me to the edge for an hour and help me make some progress.
