Swelling gone down by 90% already, can see stomach flattens, arms slimmer, big fat pocket on the love handles gone.

People who knew I went for lipo complimented on the job done.

I'm back to UK8 !

Hoping to resume swimming next week... Feel like couch potato this period of time as not exercising at all :(

Now contemplating to go back during April for my thighs...
Wow... UK8! That's great!
My pants loosen at least 2 inches too but dunno how much has lost in total, cos I hv not been to any shopping yet, still hoping to lose more weight after a couple of month. ;)

Mine, bruises gone, but still swell much, esp my inner thighs. I still hv those lumpy tightness feel, & numbness too, on those areas i had lipo-ed and I wonder do u hv them? :)

Oh no.... Did u accidentally take certain food which are not supposed to eat, e.g. duck, yam, or any seafood? :o

I pray that the swell on your face will be subsided soon...

Rekyo, I didn't eat all those u mentioned... i have been eating porridge which i can only swallow. Because of my dimples I can't bite anything.

I just went to GP. that doc told me, normally first day swell is not as bad, but the following one will see very much different in the swelling. I just pray hard it will go down soon.

Scare..

Rmb the others advice was not to look into the mirror. I think for this first week just hide from the mirror as much as possible. Focus on spending some alone time by doing things u like at home. However do check for signs for infection. :) relax!

I see...
Did Dr. Nara prescribe any medication for his patients?
My surgeon gave me a lot of medications leh.... Painkillers, paracetamol, anti-swelling, iron pills (for blood), one for anti-giddy, 1 more dunno for what ( ) & also cream to apply on the bruises.

As long as u dun hv fever, it should be still ok.

True, these few days dun look into the mirror. I guessed it will soon be subsided in 2 weeks.
Maybe try to drink a bit of fresh pineapple juice.

Hi Rekyo, Dr Nara gives me anti biotics, paracetamol and also Sinecch.

I have to look into mirror because Dr Nara gives Saline to clean the wounds and inside the nose.

I feel scary looking into the mirror, but I know it will be over in weeks.

Just pray hard it will really subside in few days. I got Out patient MC from my GP and she also gives me some Danzen just incase my Sinecch had finished.

Oh, that's good that he gave antibiotic too.
Finish the whole course and see how.
Sign for infection is fever bah... As long as no fever, it should be fine.

I tink after u've completed Sinecch, the swell should be gone at least half. :)

I finished the antibiotics which my surgeon prescribed for me for 7 days (3 x daily) and thanked God I've no fever.

Hey babe,

I am having lots of lumps around my stomach, hips and under arms (the muscle there)

Had rashes on my arms area so I tried not to wear CG for 2 days and the lumps hardened up! Man got a shock, so now back to wearing CG :((

Swelling is the worst on the 3rd day, it's normal. Will slowly fade within a week and a month later should be almost back to normal.
Did you do Rhino as well?

I also have lumps around the areas i lipoed, swelling greatly subsided after i start to drink fresh pineapple juice twice a day. I forgot to take measurements and weigh myself before the surgery so don't really know if i lose any weight or how many inches lost.. but somewhat feel the contour is better overall. Now i'm trying to control my diet and going to start some mild exercise soon i hope. Good luck everyone and keep posting your progress here *group hugs* :D

I see... 2 days w/o CG? :o I could not stand the feeling w/o CG!

When I took off the CG to bath or cool off, I feel so uncomfortable doing my daily activities w/o compressing those areas with the garment.
I hate bathing now  cos the lump hardened up so fast...
So I bought few more CGs in order to change it daily, and that really costs me a bomb. :(

My inner, outer thighs & arms have this big 'block' of lump but my upper & lower tummy have smaller lumps. My underchin too, a tiny lump, but my buttock not that bad.

Checked with my fren, she said it took at least 1&1/2 - 2 months for her lumps to be dissolved totally. :?
So hope mine will be faster....
