My Mandarin (Taiwanese), your English or Japanese

Postby JJC » Fri, 15 Oct 2010 10:48 pm

I'm a 29-year-old Taiwanese female looking for language partners, either English or Japanese.

I want to pratice my speaking and improve my pronunciation, and in return, I can practice Taiwanese Mandarin with you. :D

Please pm or email me at JJ89107044@gmail.com

Cheers!
JJ

Hi Miho, hi JJ,

I've recently finished my two month business trip to Taipei, hong kong and mainland for business. Being a student of mandarin, i understand enough to appreciate the subtleties, but lack a strong grasp of pronunciation and tones. I was wondering if you guys will be interested in doing a language exchange?

I'm a consultant and work weird hours, would you guys be free on weekends?

In exchange, I would like to offer english lessons (writing and speaking) if that works :)

Hope to hear from you guys soon.

David

Here is a Mandarin (in Traditional Chinese) textbook w/ audio free for download on Taiwan government's website:

http://edu.ocac.gov.tw/interact/ebook/d ... asp?Lang=C

available in English, Portuguese, French, Thai, Indonesian, German, and Spanish.

There is a table of 注音符號 and 漢語拼音 in the end of the textbook.
You might find it useful
