S Pass/ EP to travel very often

Post by pchou » Sat, 27 Nov 2010 9:17 am

Hi all,

An Indonesian. Currently holding Spass, planning to upgrade to EP

Want to ask around if any of you have any knowledge about this? My company going to expand to indonesia and have intention to send me over everymonth with minimum 2-3 weeks stay. For Indonesia immigration I dont foresee any problem.

Questions are:
1. As an Spass/EP holder Is that practice allowed? Calculating it i will minimum travel to Indonesia 12 times a year, calculated 1/2 of my year will be spend in Indonesia instead of Singapore.
2. Any problem coming in and exiting Singapore so often? Understand that
SPass/EP holder has multiple entry visa
3. Will this affect when i renew my pass?
4. Intend to apply PR next year, will this affect my PR application? My application was rejected 2 years ago.

Thanks a lot all!

As long as you are working for a Singapore company, you will have no problems as long as your S / EP remains valid.
