[quote="Strong Eagle"]OK, all. The pot is ready. The oil is bought... ouch... unsaturated oils are expensive... and the best. The gas jug is ready. All I need is some turkeys... I have two.

If you want to do your own deep fried turkey, now is the time. You can cook it on Thursday or Saturday (or maybe Friday if that is all you can do).

It really is a fantastic way to do a bird if you've never done it before. Max 45 minutes cooking time. Prep time to do it right... about 30 minutes.

Ja right you have it. Yourself is an old Turkey, just hang that bastard in the gas chamber. It must be a wonderful Thankgiving .
