Post by pinkpotato » Mon, 05 Jul 2010 12:12 am

Ive done a lot of research for rhinoplasty regarding implants n grafts n ive realized no matter what method, implant or grafts is used, each has their pros n cons, theres no one perfect method tat is without risk.it all come down to an individual expectation n concern. ive done my rhinoplasty in singapore with dr tay n im removing my splint tomoro.ive no idea hw it will look like.
ive choose dr tay as i feel comfortable wif him.anyonewho wanna knw mre abt my surgery n send me a msg@! fingerscross for my nose reveal tomoro.

hi bbgrl,
i did not do a revision, i did the closed rhinoplasty. however base on wat u7 said,u had urs fo 14 years, guess its important for u to hve a very skillful surgeon so as to minimize the complication. it take a lot of skills to do a revision than a pri rhinoplasty. ive seen alot of post on asian nose jobs on the PURSE FORUM. maybe u can check it out

RHINOPLASTY BY DR ANDREW TAY

hi pursuit,

im ten days post opp,my nose still a bit swollen especially the tip.the tip has nt look refine yet,has to wait two months for the final tip result,my nose shape is changing as the days goes along. i will say the effect of my nose is the natural type..as im using L shape implant,i decide on a mre consevative approach by choosing a smaller implant instead of a bigger implant, as reducing the risk of extrusion is important to me. for nw im still monitoring my nose to ensure everythg will be fine. that is the dwnside of using implant cos u7 never knw wats gg to happen weeks n months down the road...hw abt u? hve u decide yet?

Hi pinkpotato,
appreciate the daily reporting on the rhino progress. It really helps pple like me who is considering going for the op.

so was wondering...why do u need the rhino augmentation? did u reduce the nostrils? U mention that the sec rhino costs 4k what abt ur pri rhino? Its done by...?
