That excludes the management round. My suggestion would be not to make any plans until after your interview has ended. One of my friend went early, around 8am but left around 3pm.
Thanks & Noted. Will reach there early.

yes it really depends on what time you're going to reach there. I was there about 730am and I ended everything at 1045am :)

I heard from some of my friends that they reached about 930am & they only finished abt 3pm... so u see there is the vast difference..is becoz the earlier people delayed those who come later =)

Anyway, in my opinion, the earlier u go, the higher ur chance of gettin to the management round! Becoz it shows to the interviewers that you're sincere & serious abt the JOB! Hope you succeed and all the best!! :D
Thanks & Noted. Will reach there early.

Are we supposed to be seated in the huge hall and get interview in partitions ? Or we will be lead into a smaller hall for the group interview and skin check?

Is the interview in the hall conducted in white light or warm yellow light ?
I have very light scarring on my cheeks and can be concealed over medium coverage, however if it is conducted in white light , then i might have to give it a miss.

Seems like alot of people are going 6-Nov, too many competitors.
Still pondering whether to go.
There will be 1000 over people going for the interview. You may read up a few post in the previous page for the interview process. For sure there will be a spot light for skin check.
Some ppl watch things happen, some ppl let things happen, but I make things happen... The sky is my limit!

@jicheongfan: there will be a huge crowd, so huge that they'd need to divide people in groups of 10's for the first round and each group would be led into a smaller hall (from the larger waiting hall) and each would be given a minute or so to introduce themselves and answer a question...there would be spotlights for the skin check round (can't remember the colour though) but they do scrutinize you thoroughly...the thing is, how badly do you want it, and if you happen to decide to not attend the interview, could you live questioning yourself "what if" for the rest of your life?

to me, getting rejected is far better than a life of "what if"'s...

Personally, I feel that this doesn't give the common connotation w SIA Girls, "Singapore Girls", any meaning anymore.
In my opinion, I think it is a good move to recruit stewardesses from all over Asia. Singapore is too small. There are some Singaporeans who attempt those interviews again and again, contributing to the same recruitment pool. Doesn't it make more sense to fish from other bigger pools?

Singapore Girl is just a branding and association of a lady in the blue signature Sarong Kebaya with the airlines. The image usually stops there. People wouldn't think 1 step further about whether the "Singapore Girl" is an Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai etc. Hahaha. What it aims to market is the Asian hospitality and femininity, not on the point that the Girl is a Singaporean.
