@Bimi. I went to the one held in mid-july. and had my final interview on 21st aug. So all of your batch friends from April intake have already gone to singapore for training? mmm. I'm just wondering if SIA sent them to singapore all together or per batch or one by one?
@Kinoshi. r you foreigner? me and Bimi are Indonesian. We need to wait bit longer, because we r foreigner (need to apply visa, work permit, etc)

@louispoh,
you knoww I wish to be transferred to that batch =/
@hopejoe
it's just some terms that the boys from singapore are familiar with due to their national service. be glad you don't know abt it haha! anyway, she only told me my training start date and that she'll send me some thing via email and something via post. the one via the post I'll need to sign and send it back or something. I'm not so sure what this appointment thing though.. sorry I can't help =/

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

SIA Crew

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.

They can come here but not so much for local going there.
