Forum Keeps Hanging And Crashing?

Post by Saint » Wed, 30 Jun 2010 12:42 pm

Is anyone else having the same problem the last couple of days where the forum hangs and crashes or is it just me? It's something to do with the google ads trying to load.

Yep. Been keeping me cussin' & swearing a lot lately especially after typing a long, researched reply and then havin' it hang when trying to post it!

Has happened to me one or two times but just had to wait a few minutes and log-on again. Don't t know if that was the forum or some other issue. :?

Basically that's what I've been having to do as well. If I shut down the browser and reload it, it works okay for a while.

I have usually some issues when I log from Wireless SG. I can read, but I can't post.

Business as usual from normal landlines so far

Sometimes, the site either just crawls or doesn't load at all. I know it's not my ISP. I think it's a server issue but it doesn't happen to me often enough to be worried about it.

Running very slow with a lot of time outs... server taking too long to respond. Maybe time to upgrade the 386?

I was okay until around 11ish then it started slowing down and giving me time outs. During one point I just closed it completely and went elsewhere.

Too many connections concurrently, did some tweaking and I hope it helps.

Monitor and let me know.

No better, in fact worse than ever. In the space of 20 minutes it's hung 5 times for me.
