I know Singaporeans are obsessed with grand sound job titles, but just how many can you have that basically mean your an Agent?!

Here are a few I've found in no particular order as I would know where to start!

Associate Marketing Executive
Business Associate
Senior Associate Director
Sales Manager

Associate Group Director
Team Director
Assistant Marketing Manager
Senior Team Director

Senior Associate Marketing Director
Senior Group Director

and so on and so on!

So you haven't had the pleasure of the Associated Director of Bog Cleaners yet then! It's amazing how many executive Cowboys there are. Though its inspirational isn't it for 5$ an hour!
By the way Singapore has just been rated the 9th most expensive city in the world, due to its strong $ and expatriates.

I was reading the FAQ on the HDB website and one asked why the expatriates are pushing up prices by moving into the heartlands. Answer that 1 in 5 expatriates are involved and its free market forces, were buyer and seller agree price.

This is frustrating Singaporeans because they cannot move where they want any longer due to budget and income restraints.

Expatriates leaving Singapore will get less money, those coming will need more money to live.

Most of the cowboys appear to be hustling, which effects the quality of work
