Need your advise !.
I am looking for a very good hair stylist in Singapore. Indian, rough, thin, wavy/curly hair. I want a complete make-over to my hair (maybe rebonding, highlighting, or other change to my hair depending upon my facial structure).
Whom do you recommend ? Neither cheap nor too expensive.
