Hello. I've been wanting to go for SIA interview last year, but just don't have the courage too!. Not sure what SIA looking for? I graduated last year from poly with diploma in health sciences (nursing) and have been working in the hospital. Does this add credits to the employment form or during a interview? My friend who works in this line says it's easier, but I've colleagues who got booted out during the first round and she's quite pretty. Not sure if SIA accept facials scars or pitted holes. Please advice!

Hi juzblaze!
the pre-employment briefing is just checking that you have your necessary documents and they are valid. Nothing much actually.. (:
As for training, its like normal office hours? Hmm, it is fun and you'll be overloaded with info! So I gotta do revising everyday, and at the end of the day, all of us are super exhausted!
Be patient! (:

Oh, they checked my documents the other time I passed the management round but were short of a couple like certain documents that I will have once I finish NS.
You have training everyday? 9-5? For a whole of 3 months? Thats really crazy man lol

Wow, that starts really early and ends pretty late, in terms of class timing lol. How long is the whole course?
I'm finishing my NS in about 2 weeks time. First week of May haha. How long more you got before you start flying?

hi, is silkair cabin crew interview similar to sia?
what should i wear? i tied to go to emirates interview but the girls are all dressed in power business suits & i dun have a full-length picture so i ended up making a wasted trip.
How much do i get paid per month for silkair? is it lesser than sia? willi be paid on training months?
i dunno but i heard that they don't get more than 2k?

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.

They can come here but not so much for local going there.
