Sexless Pronoun

Post by SunWuKong » Mon, 08 Mar 2010 12:21 pm

I propose that the confusion of the sexless pronoun could be cleared up by borrowing from Pidgin English. Singular pronouns dey, dem and deir, in place of the plural pronouns they, them and their.

"The student in question may collect deir book from the principal's office."

Beats the hell out of "co, cos and tey," as well as "heesh, shis and shim."

At least SWK gets multi-letter pronouns, I'm still seeing the moronic 'e', as in "dun e have e keys to e car?"

Some step up to two characters, such an 'nE' for 'any'. As if three letters are difficult to type. Keep using forms like that, and that will be what you will become.

Remember folks, 'dun' is short for 'dunce' = those who use it. Or sound like one anyway.....

:D besides levelling no tables, it suffers from a ladyboy connotation.
