Anybody knows where to buy one for an adult? Not disposable, PVC or similar.

Any motorcycle apparel/accessories shop... Lim Ah Boy, for example.

Camping supply stores? There are a couple in the mall over the Novena MRT (Velocity?) and I believe there are some in Harbour Front/VivoCity. There is also one in Chinatown somewhere that been around for ages. Usually they are dual purpose in as much as they can be used as a groundsheet as well.

Thanks for the tips SE and SMS.
I checked few motorbike workshops by different occasions and only found two-parts outfits but motorcycle apparel/accessories stores may have a better choice indeed.

i got a cheapo ones in daiso - S$2.00.
