All we need is bubblegal to show up and we get to see David break out his dance moves!

If they don't serve alcohol we will definitely check out a nearby place afterward for drinks. Maybe that nearby place will be 7-11?

There are bars there. At worst, we could always walk over to Chjimes. Or to Loof, next to that lovely casino, which is nearer.

A report of what happened last night. For those who didn't go, this is what you missed...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Ahem, anyway..

* welcome JaanJ, tulipe, choya and choya+1
* how was the salsa performance, JaanJ? Too bad you had to leave so early but you won't have to next time

* because bubblesgal didn't show up, davidplato didn't dance.
* he almost did, though. next time, we'll pipe the music through a proper sound system, instead of through a dinky phone speaker
* there was so. much. food.
* what's a whine & dine night out without encountering ah guas? no butt slap this time, much to Steve-R's delight
* lovely casino
* it was kinda slow in that bar. we ended staying until 3

* thanks to that random guy who told us, "not to order the gray goose, unless you mean it. it's shit expensive." thanks, random guy. We don't know what we'll do without you.

* no, we didn't go to 7-11 but we learned that mickey-D's the hip place to be. Chijmes? Pfft.. All the cool kids hang out at mickey-D's.

We're taking a break next Friday; in lieu of Halloween parties all over. BTW, got any suggestions for Halloween? So far, we got a provocative costume contest and a flash mob organized by someone who's only had two posts as of press time.

Regular programming resumes the week after the next. Suggestions welcome and a show of hands, please. lilynova, you can make it next time, right? We're also counting on to induct, elska76, frostingz, pineappletarts, Watto, timtams, qatarbabe, steff77, bubblesgal...hey, aren't there other people in similar threads? The more, the many-er.

Pleasure was mine to have met you all

A pity I had to leave even before dinner started

but yes, it wont happen again

You can imagine it was a hot, sweaty and sensual evening at Esplanade

the performers got everybody on our feet dancing away

Ok we shall try and chill out week after next since Halloween seems to be the only next big thing everywhere.

I didn't draw any attention from the ah guas this time so I was feeling a little under-appreciated but Nakatago was there to give me some love.

I'm up for the halloween party as long as I don't actually have to wear a costume.. I already sweat enough as it is.. unless I can dress in my birthday suit? wait... no one wants to see that!
