what is htp and how do you know when you are depressed?

I really thought I was depressed once. Had a lost of energy , fatigued, no interest in usual things like socialising and playing sports. short term lost of memory etc. In reality maybe I was depressed, but I think I was depressed because I was burnt out at work - 8am to 12 midnight, 5 days a week and then working on weekends for 6 months straight. Something had to give, and luckily it was my manager who increased the head count in our team of two to a team of five.... having gone through it all, i feel much stronger after the experience, but still wasnt sure if it was depression I experienced.

I will suggest you 5 htp because I had severe depression and I used 5 htp and got the result. I have now restful sleep and it has helped to curb my depression. You can find it at http://4lbsledgeknockout.com/

I feel so violated having shared my experience to someone whose only real intention is to make a quick buck. [-X
