washers and dryers in condos and cluster homes

Post by tanusa » Sat, 10 Oct 2009 12:58 am

hello again. Do most condos and cluster homes have their own washer and dryer in the unit? Or do you have to use a shared laundry room with other tenants? Thanks!

Own washer? yes... Own dryer? Not so much. Dryers are still consider sort of an expat extravagance. You can ask you landlord to provide one or buy your own and put it in the utility area.

So far we've been lucky - either the landlord already had a dryer in the unit or they were willing to put one in when we asked for it.
