Hi,
I worked in Singapore under Work Permit for 2 years.
When I went for renewal I was noted with a symptoms of TB.
So MOM rejected my permit.
Now After one year I found I am Medically Fit with no symptoms of TB.
But my Medical status in MOM entered with 'Medically UNFIT'.
How I can Change the medical status entry in MOM?
To whom I can appeal for this?
What sort of document should I produce and to Whom...?
Please guide me for this
Thanks
Prakash

You want MOM to change your status so you have to speak to MOM of course. Santa Clause or Barack Obama won't be able to help you, neither will anybody else but MOM.

Ensure you have a medical report from the approved Medical Facility (MOM approved) which indicates that you are TB free. Take that report and your application to MOM and apply. Requesting to speak to a officer would probably be a good idea as well, instead of talking to a line clerk.
