I suggest you direct your query toward the administrator, a quick database query and you'll know the EXACT mean. Asking people in the forum is about as statistically valid as asking your grandmother about the mean price of raspberry jam throughout the country.

You think doing database queries on free forum registrations is any better? I suspect the average would be an 80-year-old female Papua New Guinean military contractor, who is unemployed and has an income of S$1,000,000/year or higher...

i dont think this forum register the age (or date of birth) data, standard phpbb script only ask you if you are over 13 years old.

so basically teh DB only have two flags, those users over 13 and those under 13.
