Hi,
can anyone recommend good belly dancing lessons? Near to Marine Parade or easy access from here.

Thank you.

Bellydance classes

Post by Aqua » Sat, 23 May 2009 11:24 pm

Hi

I'm interested in joining some bellydance classes too. Have you tried your local community club? Check this website http://one.pa.gov.sg/CRMSPortal/CRMSPortal.portal There was a bellydance course going on near me but I couldn't go on those dates. I'm not sure about the quality but alot cheaper than dance schools. Two I've come across whilst searching are Jitterbugs http://www.swingapore.com/bellydance.htm and http://www.bellydance.com.sg/. The latter has a trial for $5. Let me know how you get on, I might join you!

Thank you for your reply and useful links.

I went to one trial lesson for $10 and I love it!
Unfortunately, this course will not start cause not many people interested in. I might take a private lessons - got a good offer. Still, waiting for 1 or 2 more people who are interested in - better price than.
Disadvantage - have to travel to couch house - 50 min. from Marine parade rd...

Jitterbugs is pretty good, we've had a couple of friends who signed up for the belly dance classes there.

Post by MissGeorgia » Tue, 30 Jun 2009 11:59 am

Hi All!
I've recently moved to Singapore from Australia and I'm dying to take a belly dancing class here - how did you all go with the ones you were attending?? Are any of you doing a class currently?

Georgia
