You can try Burlington Square in Bencoolen Street and The Bencoolen just across from it. They are targeted more to singles and couples. I lived at Burlington Square for 2 years and the rug rat contingent was pretty low. Also, the Icon in Tanjong Pagar is mainly studio, 'lofts' and 2-bedroom apartments targeted at singles and couples.
