what do you guys think? is my bridge low? comments are welcome!

ps: pls try not to quote my pics. tks!
Babe i think your bridge is not low at all haha!
In fact i think your nose bridge is higher then my nose bridge!
Just that there is still swelling in your tip, give it some time to deswell and you should be contented with it!

Frankly speaking, i think your nose looks good even at this stage...give it a few more months before you consider anything else ba

anyone did mid face lift or thermage before??

Brenton!

You should do cheek implants haha, it lifts the face alot.
If you notice, people with fuller cheeks looks younger!
Anyway hows your eyes and nose now?
Hi, yup i know....cheek implant can replace thermage or mid face lift....
but i am trying to not take that into consideration cos i do not want too much silicon in my face..
i do play a lot of sports like basketball (a lot of bumping around) and wakeboarding ( very hard impact when u fall into the water)
so i am afraid more silicon means more chance of getting disfigured when doing sports..

my eyes are a bit unbalanced in terms of crease height but the small difference made my eyes very natural....
nose wise...i think it does look smaller from the front but still bulbous...
but from the side, totally stick out like ang mo nose...

Should i post photos on individual features here or put up my face pic??

Nara does not lipo calves area. Now weird. After lipo thigh with him, then the calf area left untouch would be inproportionate after that.

Haha whether to post photos of individual photos or put up your face pic is up to you!
I think your eyes will look more natural with time, i've seen the photos of your eyes and i think they look good to be honest :)
Its good that your crease is uneven cause you rarely find people who have symmetrical eyelid creases, youre right, makes it look more natural.

As for nose wise, i think at this point of time, i doubt your nose would change much already, maybe just deswell a teeny weeny bit more.

The cheek implants is actually really small compared to those that i see online through websites!
I would say its the size of a 50cent Coin.
i honestly think after recovering, there is quite a low possibility of your implants moving around your face and disfiguring you cause of how small it is haha.
Furthermore, your muscle tissue contracts around it and forms a capsule and locks it in.

Anyway i'm glad you are recovering well my friend!
Take care :)

Update on
DAY 4
Cheek and Buccal Fat pad removal.

Swelling has gone down by 20% but my family still laughs at my swollen face saying i look like a cartoon character.
The lower part of my face is still swollen but i can see a little definition in my upper cheeks already.
(Very little definition actually, but this little improvement really makes my day haha)
My family member commented that i look better now because i look like i have cheekbones from the sideview, as compared to my pancake flat face last time.
And now my nose doesn't look so high, prominent and caucasian like already.
The swelling has affected my nose and my nose isn't as sharp as it was before, i believe it will return to normal after all the swelling though.
I have also regained feeling in my left cheek but my right cheek and lip is still numb.
I'm still not able to go out yet cause i do not look acceptable socially yet.

Hopefullly the swelling will go down in the next few days, cause according to the swelling charts, swelling peaks at the 2-3 day and consequently deswells rapidly thereafter.
I can't wait to go out, i'm bored to my wits end!!!!!

Will update you guys on further developments soon!

Cheers,
Anna

pearlyriver wrote:Hi. Can anyone who has done tiplasty and alarplasty at Yoskarn Clinic tell me about the price. Do you satisfy with your jobs? Is Dr Somyos the only surgeon at the clinic? I don't have much time and have read through the first 70 pages of this thread. Many say that he's the best in facial surgery but there seems to be not many who have really done under his knife. The internet out there is not helpful either. I dunno whether to choose Yanhee, PAI, Yoskarn or Tokai (Bumrungrad is out of question as I have a tight budget).
Any experience and consult will be highly appreciated. 8-)
lol, if the internet is not helpful, where did u hear that "Many say that he's the best in facial surgery“

some forumers have mentioned that dr somyos is very good but none have posted any detailed experience with yoskarn. so i wld still consider it a myth. anyway, yoskarn charges really high, so if u have a tight budget, yoskarn is prob out.

Yanhee is a bit overrated in my opinion. my fren did with dr pitch but din turn out too well. altho another forumer did nose with dr greechart and was very happy with it. i think it also depends on what ur current nose looks like. perhaps if u can post a pic of ur nose, it'd be easier to give u advice :)
I find this 4rum helpful overall (thanks for that), but not really what I'm looking 4. Most of 4rumers here do their bridge or alar, but what I need is just tip plasty. Don't find much info about tip work :(
Dr somyos is an ENT specialist, there was a forumer that had thier nose done called Vern, you may want to search that up, they were very pleased with the results. I am going to Dr somyos this month for nose, reviison and eyelash transplantation. i will let eveyrone know how i get on.am guessin most people have not gone to him becuase his prices are more on the higher end....

forgot to mention about the price. He quoted me £2200 uk pounds for a rhino reduction, which includes shaving of the dorsal hump, alar and tip refinement. But am also having eyelash transplantation and eyelid revision and he gave me a special total price for all procedures for £4000 which is actually very good considering eyelash transplantation costs over £5000 in the UK.
