Hi folks, I understand that if i were to order any tobacco products from overseas, it'll be stopped by the singapore customs. does anybody know of the procedures to release the stoppage?

You just have to pay the customs duties.....

As long As u declare Your contraband item, u will need to pay for the TAX of urs CIGAR...
