LTVP extension

Post by mannsang » Thu, 11 Jun 2009 7:41 pm

Hi,
I will be moving to Singapore soon on a 12 month EP. My mother-in-law has been approved for LTVP of 6 months and I expected it to be of the same duration as my EP.
The DP for my wife has been approved for 12 months though.

Does anyone on this forum have experience regarding extending the LTVP? Is this a smooth going process?

Do I have to keep extending 6-month LTVP ? Even if I receive a multi-year EP later ?

tia.
