I have about a dozen boxes of things I want to ship to a friend overseas, mostly its clothes and household items, total weight is about 150KGs. Im not moving house just moving old extra stuff to someone who needs it.
Whats the best way, price and speed?

Hey Forks - saw that DHL have some specials on at the moment. I picked up a brochure from, or all places, SingPost. Maybe that's a starting point? It seemed to be targeted at tourists wanting to send home all the "bargains" they buy here rather than pay excess luggage fees with the unfairlines.

Depending on location, I have found some of the shippers for domestic workers shipping boxes for very cheap to all sorts of locations. Remembered it to be quite cheap too.

Tough job for the moderators to maintain this board i guess. But i am still confused by why some things are OK and others not
SMS ....just for the record
i drink once a week ....Friday nights only. I dont drink at home and never have.
So posts between 1am and 10am ( depends on hangover) Saturday morning may be plonk driven
all othe posts may be put down to me being .....urm...me i guess. Not always pretty but me never the less. ( I'm sure Vaucluse will pitch in with a list should anybody be interested )
Cheers

We can normally tell the difference. All of us have certain styles and while those styles are still basically the same, there are subtle differences as well. Like slurring your typing.
Most of your posts around the time of the post I commented on were rather out of character. Wasn't meaning to be mean, just hav'n a poke that's all.

I really didn't take it as being mean. Aside from a spade being a spade i appreciate the "poke"
I probably suffer an increase in intolerance to things as the alcohol level increases
I really should refrain from typing when green tea ( Heiniken) has the better of me
