Spider Veins

Post by sweetchocs » Sun, 22 Mar 2009 9:37 pm

I am getting spider veins on the side of both my thighs!!! Cos my job requires me to be on the feet most of the time. :(
Any suggestion to reduce its apearance? I tried "Spider Vein Cream" by Palmer but not much effect...I also don't like the cream cos it's brownish and can stain.
What other creams available? I am not considering surgery cos not that bad yet. But bad enough to see it and very heart pain..

varicose veins can be reduce with self myofascial release.
Do it diligently and release the soft tissue to allow the blood flow again.

I've done manual therapy on my father's leg and have seen his tumor like veins swell go down.
