What's the best way to get to the bar? Last time we were there, I ended up on the west side of the road opposite and had to walk all the way down to Raffles and back up to cross. I think there's an underpass or something, but the whole area's under construction, so it's a bit hard to tell.

At the fullerton hotel, there's an underpass that takes you directly to one fullerton. At the battery road side hotel entrance there are two escalators either side of doors that take you down to the underpass. Alternatively you can get to the underpass by going inside the hotel and heading to the basement.
