My company is planning to send me to Singapore on Business Travel. Can anyone tell me how long can I stay in singapore on Business Visa without being liability to pay income tax there?

You cannot earn any money in Singapore or it is taxable. All money paid to you out of Singapore is not taxable so long as you paid tax on it in the country in which it was paid. Generally a business visa is a short term visa for business exploration and it specifically does not allow you to conduct business operations such as delivering a product or service.
