I don't think that nationality matters when you can interview them and see for yourself if they have the skills and personality you are looking for.

I vote indonesian... don't care if they hanky panky on off time, have friends, demonstrate human traits, or even clean house. As long as they keep me in nasi lemak, sambal bawang, and tahu. lol!

Find someone that can clean and you get on with. And if you have kids do the kids like the helper...........not the colour of her passport.
