May it be Gross pay or take home pay, its the total amount you get per month; thats about $3500 under normal circumstances. When comes to a crisis, this figure will change and no one knows by how much. Would you rather be assured of a $3500 gross or a basic of +- $1400 per month? I would happily take the $3500 :P
Wow !!! It was just mentioned 6 post ago and you were asking this question again....

I was an interviewer and there wasn't and isn't such a thing. Unless you are blacklisted for being rude or some misbehaviour you will be given many chances. There were many who failed as many 10 to 15 times were in the end successful and now flying as cabin crew.

Wahaha! I just got back... Can't believe I was thick skinned enough to go... Failed the first round.. Nobody got through for my group and the group before. It's really fast, like, waiting time+1st round less than 15min. Any good news??

Hanor! It's almost like they invited us for the sake of inviting, but not intending to sign anyone on. Anyways, it's weird cos different groups were asked different questions.. We were asked for our name, age, which attempt is this and something else, can't rmb what... None got through... Come to think of it, we were wondering (after we were dismissed) if that's due to the fact that NONE of us answered exactly what they wanted....

Just our name, age, which attempt and one more question. It's all very factual questions, but all of us end up talking about our current job and what we do etc etc...
