Mix 2 spoons of cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of cold water. Drink twice a day - morning before breakfast and afternoon. Drink it after food if you feel uncomfortable to drink it with empty stomach.
Good luck.

there's a forum member here who is really into vinegar!
Apple cider vinegar is not too nice on the taste buds, although you can drink the drinking vinegars you find in NTUC. when diluted at 5 to 1 it will benefit gastric problems caused by diet, by that, i mean the over production caused by fried foods. drinking health vinegars have an alkaline effect on pH 2 stomach acid, and will raise the pH value.icy wrote:I have a bit of gastric prob...can i take apple cider vinegar also??

If all fails then go to pharmacy and ask for Mucilin. Don't worry, it's just a dietary fibre . My doctor describe it as an equivalent of lots and lots of vegetables without the difficulty of eating them. He was under the assumption that I have problem eating vegetables which I'm not (I love vegetables) I just have problems digesting food other than fruits and vegetables. But Mucilin does works.
