In addition to all the threads here we also have a little used function (apparently) called the "
Search" link located at the upper right side of this page. It really works a treat by just using a couple of words like { entrepass +application +mail }. Turned up 4 links of which this is but one.......

Appreciate you taking the time to look into this and post the links you have posted.
I did a several searches and read that thread among others
this one being the best on the subject

Looks like you cant submit it from outside....
So I guess the answer is either have a company or someone inside singapore submit it at a singpost and pay the $40 for you?
Seems a bit odd to be promoting entrepasses but not making it easy to submit them.

David, I think it was UK Designer who did the whole thing by mail, if not, there are other posts on the board by someone who did it this way.
MOM requires a local address for all correspondence, and it is easier to take the application in person to a post office because you get an immediate reference number.
I will act as your address and will drop the app off at the post office if you need this assistance. I will be back in Singapore on Jan 8. Let me know by email if you want to do this.
Cheers.

I did it by post and all from the UK.
I wrote a letter, sent cash etc etc and supplied an email address and they supplied all correspondence via email to me. There were no problems whatsoever and no-one nicked the cash at the post office.
All very smooth and simple.
Once I was approved I set-up a local serviced office and they supplied all hard-copy correspondence there.
Very simple and easy.

What kind of english program are you teaching now? I'm also an education consultants for Singapore schools dealing with mathematics and english and would be very much interested to venture into new programs and perhaps set up an education centre.
Do let me know your thoughts on the matter.
Excellent experience in handling different level of students. I do tailor-made program to suit different level of achievements of students. Improvement assured.

In regards to on-line business payments, there is WorldPay or PayPal that works fairly easily with the local banks. I'm using WorldPay with my on-line biz.
I also used an agency to assist with the business plan for the entrepreneurs visa application. I would recommend this approach as they greatly remove the risk of putting forward an application that doesn't meet Singapore's requirements.
Some may say why waste the money, but they also assisted with the business plan more than I expected so its good value for money and costs about S$1500.
