Hi, would like to ask which private college in Singapore has a more recognized diploma cert?

It would all depend on the course you have in mind and its awarding body.

I do not know any private college offering that course but I do know Ngee Ann Polytechnie does. Google them to find out more.

Why aren't you considering the government polytechnics? Better teaching staff, curriculum and facilities.

I believe MDIS offers a Diploma course as well. I'm not sure but I think it can be continued to a Degree Level as well.
