shaundc, need not worry. As you have done additional check-up for your injuries, it will take slightly longer for the results to be out. Furthermore, i guess the doctor will have to use the additional report to assess your past injuries' condition and judge if you are physically fit for cabin crew duties. After they are done with it, then will be sent to SIA.

Hence, it might take a while longer for you.

Yeah i suppose. I'll give it another week or so, hopefully a definitive call by then. :lol:

Well not trying to be negative but I got a fren here who got into the final fail in his medical as he have pass back injuries so now he was rejected officially by SIA ..they are very strict on this !

hi coolbb, when did your friend went for the medical check-up? how long later did he learns about the rejection?

Yep i know but we only have hope wehn applying for this kind of job, so must stay hopeful :D

I heard that there will be no more interview for next year.
Some ppl watch things happen, some ppl let things happen, but I make things happen... The sky is my limit!

What I know is next year don't have interview anymore. I'm not sure is it one whole year or just begining of the year only.

I heard this alot from my friend (cabin crew). It's up to you whether want to believe or not. Everything just hope they won't stop hiring.

IC... Thanks for the info! Then I better work doubly hard to get myself prepared for the coming write-in. All the same, I hope there'll be more next year!

hi there...
i was declared unfit due to scoliosis,,i went and get second opinion which gives me the result of less than 20 degree angle.
Please advice me whether it is still possible for me to re-apply again for cabin crew position,,
