Basically, they were giving you the brush off. Without a degree or a vertical skillset that is rare here, you will have a difficult time. As far as the Work Permit is concerned, it is up to the "Employer" NOT the potential employee to check with the MOM for work permits. You have to find a company that is willing to hire you as they, not you, must file for the work permit (which is only good for that company). However, relocating here in a recession does not seem like the smartest of moves at the moment with everybody tightening down the hatches.Earl de Vasconcellos wrote:
