first: forgetting historical milestones is not a youngster trait, its a groups trait by rule and individual trait by exception.
second: some people (me for example) feel that history is a subjective perception of particular (or general) social event.
history by definition cant repeat itself, thats an illusion...
events lead to differents outcomes...
a hitler will never (or lest say, most unprovable) ever be in power again in germany, but bush was in power in u.s.of.a... similar? yes, repeating a historical event? no...
