Just came bk from my 11am interview.. it looks like my batch on 7-Oct @ 4pm, quite a few got in for 2nd round.. =)
Btw, as mentioned by hatch_lover, there were 2 interviewers.. So.. it depends on your luck.. one is ang mo, quite friendly and the other is margaret, the lady who was @ the 1st round...
As for the passage reading, for chinese, they have 2 types..
1. simplified chinese passage
2. traditional chinese passage with han yu ping ying... keke..
Of coz i chose the 2nd one.. =)
For all those going for the 2nd interview, good luck!
Btw, this round, they are hiring about 24crews out of the 600++ applications.. =)

hi everyone, i'm new here. i also attended the interview yesterday.. the Caucasian lady was my interviewer.. i was so nervous that i couldn't remember what she asked and what i answered. all i remember was i was very nervous. guess i didn't do well.
then at the end of the interview she told me about the salary, benefits and off days.

tomorrow is the last day of the final interview.. i tink those selected ones will get their calls after tomorrow. praying very hard but i guess i don't stand much chance

u mean they allow u to choose from 2 types of chinese passage?
that's weird.. coz i was only given the one with traditional chinese & han yu pin yin.. and another one in english..

did you ask about, salary or benefit, off days?
Or, the interviewer told you those at the end of the interview by herself ?
If it was the latter, i think your chance is very high...

she didn't tell me the info at the end of the interview....sigh....

nope i didn't ask.. she told me herself.
she did ask me if i have any questions for her after that, and the only question i asked was how long will it generally take for a flight attendant to be promoted to the next level.

but she didn't ask me for my date of availability at all.
whereas my friend was interviewed by Margaret and was asked for her date of availability.

sigh.

I read the english too.. and I also found out that different person is asked to read different passage. The lady let me choose juz nw on which chinese passage do i wana read.. hee...
I as also interviewed by the ang mo lady.. very friendly.. felt comfortable wif her.. she gave me a brief salary and number of working days.. And she told me.. that more information will be given if selected for the 3rd round, which is the briefing..
