Best place for all house appliances (one stop shop)

Post by fritzy » Sun, 14 Sep 2008 9:47 pm

Hi all,

I have just moved to Singapore and I left all of my electronics and appliances back in Australia. I basically need to buy everything over here except for a fridge, washing machine and dryer as my apartment already has those. So far my list includes two TVs, DVD, toaster, kettle, stereo, microwave, iron, hairdryer, vacuum….and probably a few other things.

Can anyone give me some advice where I can buy everything from, preferably at one store? I don’t want to run around to buy everything, and I am sure there are cheaper places around than Harvey Norman, and without having to haggle at sim lim.

I did a search on the forum and couldn’t find anything.

Thanks in advance!

Yah, agree... plenty of other places once you know the territory but this will be a hard place to beat.
