Replying to a post - Things to do with a 14 month old

It seems I am not able to reply to a post or send private messages since I have not placed that many posts yet. Can anyone help me figure out how to reply to someone?

you only need to have posted 5 times in order to be able to PM, you have posted 2, so work out what you have to do.
