Mek - Starhub does NOT carry any Turkish channels. You may want to check with the other main cable provider, SingTel - www.singtel.com

Turkish Channels
you can only watch Turkish channels from the internet at the moment but Digiturk will have a new service very soon so we will be able to watch around 15 national Turkish channels in Singapore.
