I am wondering if I am sending my picture to Dr.Jung for his review, would he put it on his website or store it as a display pictures later on? Can I tell him I dont want my pictures to be displayed.?

tanjhj - have you reviewed taiwanese PS surgeon MINIFACE before?

I was reading the purseforum asian nose thread & someone's mum fixed her nose with this PS doc & the results looked very good (saw the pic).

I am referring to this doc - http://www.miniface.com/

Hve not read much comments abt this doc but im quite intrigued.

TIA for any comments! :D

yah i heard abt this doc and read his website before. he is specialist in face slimming and shaping and has great results. of coz there are some not so good reviews. problem is his price are pretty ex as compared to peers. maybe becoz he is specialist in face reduction procedure
Golden Rules of PS:
1)If it aint broken, dun fix it / dun fix what u dun need
2)Perfect individual features usually dun yield perfect face
3)Work on your confidence 1st

Hiyee all :)

I just posted in another thread where I'm going to Thailand for cheekbones reduction with Dr. Charan Mahatumarat.

I read about 300 hundred plus pages here? There's so much info! I realised that korea or taiwan seem more popular for facial reduction. I'm wondering if anyone here knows that is the aesthetics for cheekbones reduction quite straightforward? I have this feeling its probably unlike nose surgery but yet I would love to know more.

Also quite curious if there are smokers here and did you quit smoking for 4 weeks before surgery?

You can never assume that generally when someone are professionals that they wont do stupid things that would harm their career. There are many doctors who do stupid things to their patients. I am not saying that this doctor does, but just in general there are doctors like that. You know what I mean...

Oh for the revisions of Dr.Jung's nose job. He only inform me abt it a few weeks ago so unless he changes his price again then I wouldnt know.
He did wrote primary case work is around usd 4,000 and secodary case (revisional work) is around usd 5,000. It is a common practice to get a free revisional work by doctor who did your nose. But its not what Dr.Jung meant by that revisional of usd 5,000. I assume you would get a free nose job if you dont like your first nose job done by him, like you said. Sorry for any misunderstanding n confusions.

1.5mm doesn't sound like a lot but i've heard people who've done it say a little makes a big difference. Whos the surgeon you are considering?
MBK and OHLALA - thanks guys for your comments and offer to help ! Sorry I was travelling so I was not able to come to this forum till now.

I have decided not to do rhinoplasty because I am afraid of revisions and scar tissues etc - at first I was contemplating having ear cartilage but heard that there is absorption...if only someone who had done rhino for a few years come to give their opinion ...anyone, please ?

Jang: Very nice results! I like the korean style of eyes alot! Thanks for posting :)

I'm wondering if Dr. Kim is skilful in revision surgery from work done by previous docs?

I had my eyes done with one of the more prominent PS's in Singapore (MH) but though people often comment positively on my eyes - I still feel conscious since the results are not perfect, keep thinking I look "pajiao" sometimes.

I must say MH is great but I think the aesthetics from korean docs seem different from what I see.

Anyway, as you can see, the eye on the left of picture (my right eye) has too much "eye white" and with the same eye a little too big. I don't know if Dr. Jung can lower the lid?

I think my creases are also too deep :(

What do you think Jang?

Hi Jamie82,

Dr Kim his speciality is in Secondary Eyelids & Nose Surgery.

If you wants to lower your crease it possible but to correct you acuve is not possible.

This is juz my opinion but if you want to know u can send in your picture for assess to my e-mail, and I'll help u to asked Dr Kim for advise.
