Termination of Singapore PRs

Post by rico » Sun, 27 Jul 2008 10:37 am

Hi there,

I hope anyone with similar experience can help. I have 2 young boys (14.5 and 10 years old). Both have Singapore PR. I'm thinking of terminating their Singapore PR while for me and my wife, we"d like to maintain our PR. does anyone know whether their residential status can be converted into student visas? i've checked with ICA and they told me that it could be done quite fast but they cannot guarantee that they will get their student visas.

regards,

Rico

You've talked to ICA and they told you they cannot guarantee it. So you're asking us? You already have the definitive answer! :?

I wonder if ICA would deliberately deny their student visas.
