Ok, from reading the posts it looks like these people are in:
1. mac_all
2. supergirl8
3.pnxjamie
4. expatg
5. Jiving Jane
6. globalcitizen208
Did I miss anyone? I will call the Cookie museum to see if I need to make a reservation. Does 2:30 sound good for just a drink & something sweet?

I just called the Cookie Museum, & I was told the most they could comfortably sit would be 6. When I said we were more than that, I was told they could do 4 & 4, but we would be separated. I put the 2 tables under my name, for 2:30, but maybe another place would be better.
let me know.

How about Ricciotti? I hear they make excellent Italian desserts!

Ok, since it is late on Saturday night, and nothing seemed to be settled. I chose to make reservations at Menotti at 2:30 & I have made it for 8 people. You can have a late lunch or just a tea or coffee, Plus it is much more accessible (city hall mrt). Hopefully I will see you tomorrow so I am not sitting at a big empty table.
the reservation is under the name Sarah.
See you there!

Hi girls! I'm new to Singapore to... well sort of, I've been here for 10 months but have been too caught up in work to keep my social life alive!!! I'm a 24f from the US. I think I'm a bit too late for the meeting tomorrow but I would love to get together some other time! PM me to get together!

Hi... Just arrived from the US this past weekend and stumbled across this website. It makes me smile to see that others are in the same boat as me. I am female/ 32yrs and ready to take advantage of my time here.
Anyone up for happy hour next week?
Cheers!

Hi Stacey and welcome to Singapore! Good to see you like the forums. They have been invaluable to us!
I had to smile when you said "others are in the same boat" - maybe you meant "others who stepped off the same planes".
Once you make enough postings, PM us and we'll see if we can get a "FOB" Fresh Off Boat evening happening. All will be invited of course!
Cheers, P & C

Welcome to Singapore. Not to worry, there are a lot of people like you. Stay tune to this thread. I am sure someone will organise something soon.
