Hi Vic
I've been offered a position in SG and am weighing up the pro's and con's of moving from Uk to SG.
I'm a keen diver (Advanced PADI with Nitrox and over 60 dives round the world).
Just really looking for your input on what the diving is like out there. Do you have to fly to get to decent dive sites or can you just chuck on a tank and get wet?
Any input greatly appreciated as it may be a deciding factor in my move decisions..
Cheers
A

Diving in Singapore and the immediate vicinity is pretty bad, but if you're willing to hop in a car and drive up to Malaysia (Tioman, Redang, Perhentian, Aur etc) there is some great scenery to be found -- but only in the April-October dry season. But if you can fly and make a long weekend out of it, all of South-East Asia (and then some, eg. Maldives) is your oyster.

Hello,
I'm looking for a dive buddy!! I have all my own gear, but they're still in storage, as I've been told that the season only really start in April.
Anybody know about a nice dive centre?

Please count me in. Have just started diving recently - so still a novice but getting there
I hear Sipadan is one of the top 10 diving spots in the world and have been planning to go there. Last check on prices goes for around MYR6k for a 5D4N package.
Please include me -
[email protected] for future diving trips.
Cool as cool can be
