Tips:

(1) If you are existing cabin crew: They will ask you why CX and compare the culture, etc.
Since one is existing crew, they won't ask you situational questions but ask you more on your background, i.e. it's good to elaborate the types of aircraft you are trained in.
My friend was asked why choose CX and she said she wanted to spend more time with her family...

(2) If you are a non-crew:
Situational questions will be asked. Like if choice of meal runs out, how would you react, Spillage on customers, etc.
Hint: Remember to say something politically correct.

Hope it helps, just some tips gathered from some frens who attended the interview.

:D

i had a one to one interview with a caucasian lady, it wasnt deborah.
it last for abt 15 to 20 mins. i was given a green card. same as brenda. guess probably its the timing we went for the interview. Mine was in the evening. I think the color of the card doesnt say anything cos the interviewer says everyone will get the same card with the same information spelt on it. :?

lol kinda screw up my language test also :???:

They didnt really ask me about CX or any situational questions. I'm not an ex-crew and not even come from service industry background :( I didn't even look like FA unlike all the ladies who attend the interview around the same slot with me. They all came with perfect bun, impecable make up, very well put together lol

Other ladies who attend the interview seems to be ex-crew / crew.
There was a guy who came for interview also :)

Good luck to everyone :D

Was interviewed on Sat, by 2 ladies from CX. Questions like :
1) Which interests you more,SIN Base or Int'l?
2) Tell me more abt yrself.
3) How do you deal w difficult passengers?
4) What will your Mgr describe you as...?
5) Etc..Etc..Etc..
Last abt 30mins. Given the blue card, stating 6 wks for them to revert to you if successful. If no news, is bad news!

Proceed to Language Test, they will ask you in English & you are required to answer in yr 2nd Language.

Just waiting for my mobile to rang with a Private No!!! A waiting game is killing me :???:
