what lil_ab says is true. if you are intent on beautifying yourself shdn't you do your fair share of hw and be more earnest abt the whole thing. instead of asking ans that can be easily found on the net.

hmm i rmb you stood me up last year before my trip to HY too. so in the end i had to travel alone and all.

Has any one done their nose at Dr NARA? does it look natural or a bit fake? cos i was thinking that since a nose imlpant can solve the nose tip problem, it is better right? ANYone done tiplasty before? CAre to share how it is done?

had my nose done at nara's last nov, wld say it's natural looking, nobody can tell it's fake. :) i think it did sharpen my tip quite a lot. unless you're looking for those extremely pointy tips then perhaps gotta do tiplasty? if not rhino will be good enough, provided it's done by good doctor.

Hi everyone,
I am new here. I want to have a nose job in Thailand, but I dont know which hositpal or doctor should I go to. I have been looking at some website, like yanhee hositpal, PAI and bumrungrad hospital for a thousand times, but I dont no ideal which one is the best. :-|
Have anyone had any good or bad experiment in those hospital? Which one would you guys recommend? Or any other doctor preform rhinplasty in thailand?
Ps. my main concern is quality and credibility of the dr/clinic. Price is my last concern...

Regards
Katie

I want to know if the rhinoplasty also refines the tip of the nose to make it more projected? becos from what i hear, silicone should not be used anywhere near the tip!

Hi Leav, :)
Thanks for your reply!
Yes, I am going to have a nose job this summer, but I still not sure which hospital I choose... :-|
I dont know much about Dr. Nara, do you have Dr. Nara website?
How about Yanhee hospital, PAI or Brumgrand in Thailand?
Have you heard any stories about them ?

well, many schools of thought on that, ideally the best substance would be your own cartilage.

I think it depends on your doc's skills too, L-implant is considered dangerous because it might cause extrusion, so the doc shld know how much can extend by, and not anyhow extend
Next: Forehead augmentation, botox, RF
